Where can I find your store location & opening times?

Opening times for all of our shops can be found here. Simply enter your location into the search bar to the opening times for your chosen shop.

Why do I pay more to eat in?

We have to charge VAT if you wish to eat in which we then pass over to HMRC.

Why wasn't my pasty/pie hot?

Our pies and pasties are baked fresh in shop each day, then put into the counters to cool, which allows us to give customers the best quality product.

How do I order a celebration cake?

You can order your celebration cake online here; simply build you cake and select your nearest store to collect.

Do you offer delivery?

We do offer delivery through Just Eat & Uber Eats. Simply search your location and select your nearest Cooplands store.

Why can I no longer get a breakfast deal after 11am?

After reviewing our sales data, we understand that many customers
purchase breakfast deals prior to 11am, in order to help improve the
efficiency operation in our stores we have made the decision to
finish breakfast deals at 11am to allow our colleagues to better
manage the ‘lunch period’

Can I still get a large breakfast sandwich after 11am?

Yes

Why can I not get any other breakfast extras after 11am?

To help prepare for the lunch time period in our stores we have
made the decision to withdraw some extras from the breakfast
menu in order to make room for new products over the lunch
period, Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich
